Personal Health Coaching
Our health coaches are here to guide you and support you in your journey to improved health. You’ll have regular meetings with the same coach each time to facilitate building a rapport and be able to send messages and questions as often as you need. We encourage the use of Fitbit, Apple watch, or any wearable tracker or smart scale to track your progress over time. By actively tracking your nutrition, exercise, sleep, water intake and stress level, we can work together to help you stay accountable and improve your overall health.
Exercise, nutritional guidance, support, and motivation; we take a whole-person approach to understanding what works best for you and your life, while applying our knowledge of the science behind lasting behavior change. Our coaches understand, promote, and help you adopt the emotional, physical, behavioral, nutritional, and lifestyle factors that are necessary for overall health and well-being.
Our coaches have backgrounds as registered nurses, registered dieticians, and certified clinical nutritionists. Each coach then goes through rigorous training in the inHealth coaching method, learning to use motivational interviewing and coactive coaching to guide patients. These evidence-based approaches to coaching and customized health support have been shown to drastically improve health and wellness.
